About Ariah

Ibuiltmybodyaroundmylife.Nottheotherwayaround.

I started strength training [when and why]. I did not have a coach. I read, I tested, I got things wrong, and I kept going. Over [years] I learned what actually changes a physique: consistent progressive training, nutrition you can sustain, recovery you protect, and patience.

[One paragraph on what changed for her personally. Specific. A moment, a number, a photo, something a reader can picture.]

Along the way I coached myself through [life stages or events relevant to her audience: postpartum, a demanding job, travel, whatever is true]. That is where I learned the part most programs skip. The training is the easy part. Fitting it into a real week is the work.

Why I coach women

The women I coach are not lazy or uninformed. Most of them have read more about nutrition than the average trainer. What they do not have is a plan built for their body, their equipment, and their calendar, with someone paying attention every week.

I coach women at every stage: in their twenties building a base, postpartum and finding their footing again, in perimenopause and menopause when the old approach stops working. Training and nutrition work at every one of those stages. They just have to be adjusted, and I adjust them.

How I coach

I explain everything. If I change your program, you will know why. If I move your calories, you will know why. You are not renting a plan from me. You are learning how to run your own.

I am direct and I am kind, and I do not think those are in conflict. When a week goes badly, I want to hear about it in your check-in, and I will help you fix it. No guilt, no lectures.
