From applicationto your first plan

Here is exactly what happens, in order.

  1. Apply.

    Fill out a short application. Name, goal, what is going on in your life, and anything I need to know about your health. Five minutes. I read every application myself and reply within two business days.

  2. We talk.

    If it looks like a good fit, I send you a link to book a 30-minute call. We talk about what you want, what your weeks look like, and whether coaching with me is the right move. If it is not, I will say so. No hard sell.

  3. You join.

    You start your monthly membership and get your login to the coaching app. Your first task is your intake. It is thorough, because your plan will be built from it. You can type your answers or just talk. The app records and transcribes for you, and it only asks what it still needs to know.

  4. We build your plan.

    I read your intake and write your first training block and nutrition targets. Then we get on the onboarding call to close any gaps. Within a few days of that call your plan is live in the app.

  5. You train, I watch, we adjust.

    You follow the plan. Once a week you complete a check-in. I review your week, your photos, and your numbers, and send written feedback plus any adjustments. Message me in between whenever you need to.

Your training days will be set to your schedule. The one fixed point is the weekly check-in, and you choose the day.

  • Progress photos every two weeks, taken the same way each time
  • Form videos when I ask for them
  • Questions, whenever you have them
