Membership
Coaching is a monthly membership billed automatically on the same day each month to the payment method on file. There is no minimum term.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time from your account. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds for unused days.
Pausing
You may pause your membership for up to 30 days, once per quarter, by request in the app. Billing and access stop during the pause and resume automatically at the end of it.
Founding rate
Founding member pricing is locked for 6 months from your start date, provided your membership stays active. If you cancel and later return, you rejoin at the standard rate.
Refunds
If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not yet received your first plan, you will receive a full refund. After that, no refunds.
Response times
I aim to reply to messages within 24 hours and always within one business day. Weekly check-ins are reviewed within 48 hours of submission.

Your responsibilities
Provide accurate health information, get medical clearance when asked, and use the coaching app respectfully.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STRONGHER Coaching is not liable for injury, illness, or loss arising from your participation in coaching. [Legal review to finalize.]
Changes
I may update these terms and will notify you in the app before changes take effect.
